It wouldn't be a HighBird party without a theme, and we want to take this rave scene Back to the Basics, so dig deep in those closets and find your 1990's apparel. We want to see teal and pink wind breaker suits, teenage mutant ninja turtle tee's, Spice Girls heels, attach your Tomagotchi onto your kandi and make sure to feed him, you get the idea.
