The Alex Weitz Group Album “Chroma” Launch Party

The Alex Weitz Group is a conglomerate of five young, forward thinking musicians in Miami, FL.  Each with a unique voice and distinct tastes, they strive to take the listener on an intense journey through unfamiliar territory.  Performing all original compositions, their music draws from a number of influences including Jazz, Hip Hop, Experimental, Folk, and Electronic to create an exciting experience that can unite listeners from many different backgrounds.  Their mission is to make the unfamiliar sound familiar - to present new musical concepts in a way that all listeners can relate to.  Their debut album, "Chroma", which consists of all originals written by Alex Weitz, will be released on March 1st, 2013.
