Maris Moon started making electronic music in 1992 at the age of 18. Since then He have been fortunate to DJ around the US and internationally. He have held residencies at some of the top UK and US clubs. He has been able to make music with people he respect and my music has been published on labels that he admire and included in independent films. He was asked to write a track for the Obama campaign in 2008 which is his favorite accomplishment. He is currently signed to the label Invisibles and is humbled to work around artists that inspire him like Crystal Castles and Alex Zelenka. He makes music in 5 or 6 different EDM genres. He makes whatever he feel like on any given day and don't care about following a specific path or what's hot at the moment. He writes what feels good. The only exception to that is when he dj at clubs and festivals where he stick to techno and electro. He also do ghostwriting and production assistance for other artists.

These two first crossed paths back in the late 90's when true family unit was one of the biggest crews in chicago. flash forward five years later and these two meet up again in dekalb and that's where the magic begins. in 2005 for the first time these two cats played a four deck set at the very first Relapse (Swamp/Icey/Saunderson/ Reid Speed) in a show at the congress theater. because of that very first show these two ended up playing gigs together all over the place. Outdoor shows in Dekalb/Rockford. Underground lofts in Chicago, House music staples like Zentra and even a short stint at the Penny Road pub.
