Since the early 90s Roni, along with Krust, Suv, Dynamite and Die (who make up the group Reprazent) has been pushing the boundaries of the genre, touring the world and keeping us sweaty on the dancefloor. Eklektic Turns 8 / Fuck Off And Dance What began in 1997 as three girls' party-with-heart, San Francisco's infamous Eklektic, lived up to its name for the five years that it ran as a weekly. A drum & bass night at the core, Eklektic developed to involve everything from dub to disco to hip hop to 'ardcore to 2- step to breaks. With a strong foundation in local talent and tough rank of residents, Eklektic and its production company, Groundscore, brought top-shelf sounds to a warm and enthusiastic reception in the "red light district" of their dancefloor. There are few headliners who have yet to grace the decks over the years as the party has lived on as a series of one-offs. Roni Size, however, is one of them, and September 2 marks Eklektic's 8 Year Anniversary by showcasing the one who can truly reprazent.
