Join Chef Becky Selengut for a sustainable seafood chat and demonstration of Gin and Tonic Cured Albacore Tuna with Homemade Crackers from her IACP-nominated, NPR-notable cookbook Good Fish: Sustainable Seafood Recipes from the Pacific Coast.
