Purchase of OOSpot VIP Nightclub Party Pass is non refundable, however, if for any reason a guaranteed event is canceled (tsunami, earthquake, hurricane, etc.), a refund equal to the value of general admission for that event will be refunded to you. 

OOSpot reserves the right to revoked VIP Access Pass at anytime with or without cause. At that time, you will be issued a prorated refund for the remaining months of your membership.
