We gather despite the wants & desires of many. They do not want us to gather, or to see us en' masse'. Remember those who came before, and those who sojourn for the truth now. Remember it takes all kinds, everyone of us to make this possible. from the gimps to the pimps, the geeks, freaks, club kids, cool kids, old school, new school,b-boys, b-girls,every variety of each-both average, & extreme. We all belong. We call all to welcome into the Radically Assembled Variety of Equals. We gather despite the will of the mainstream to define what the basis of culture really is, to defy the POP(point of purchase) collective to portray what they bite on next. Every moment is fleeting & important. The world is our stage , and we all act upon it(Shakespeare). My Family, My Chosen Family of all who desire a free space to move without judgment, we come through the shadows, & blank spaces of life with nothing more than the night in our veins- driving the beats & rhythms tribally & genetically causing what has been proven to be the instinctual & prevalent manner of bonding. What society has worked 2000 generations to tear down & attempted to improve upon-failing at every step. These moments, this feeling is what nature originally intended: as we share our art, music, self-expression in this sub-culture we call R.A.V.E. Some dislike us , some revere us, yet we are just the reflection in the dark&light spaces of collective human consciousness. we once & always will be nobody's children, and these beats, rhythms,& songs are the anthems of our bastardized subculture.
