Few things say summer like “Saturday Night Mega Rave.” And that’s exactly what the noble souls from SoundBytez Events are bringing to the table with their lofty Metroplex party on Saturday, May 30th at the Pico Rivera Sports Arena in Whittier, California. Dozens and dozens of top-tier DJs bringing their A-game for a 10,000 capacity, all-ages crowd of shiny, happy people holding hands (so to speak). Doors open at eight PM and stay open until every last DJ has had their time in the midnight sun. Hot time, summer in the city, yada yada yada.

The 20-odd performers are sourced largely from the surrounding Southern California localities, so there should be more than a hint of hometown pride wafting through the air-conditioned air. Group One of the bill includes: Basshunter (with a “live” set), fan favorite DJ Irene, festival organizer DJ Reza, Paul Ahi, Elektrochasm, X_Phactor vs. Mr Brooks vs DJ Flash. There’s enough right there to whet the appetite of many a dance aficionado.

Group Two stars legends like: Frankie Bones, Simply Jeff, Thee-O, Eric Ryan, J-Splat, Rich A.M., and SR-71. And the last batch features heroes such as: Classixx, Lazrtag, Destructo, DJ S!n, Bul!m!atron, Dskotek, Disk Jo Slim, and Sir Charles. All the parts are in place for a nice night out on the Metroplex. Bring good friends and good vibes and leave all the weird stuff (weapons, booze, pets, pacifiers) in the car.
