With Halloween a few days away, the time to knuckle down on the year’s chilling thrills is upon us.  If you haven’t gotten a costume, “Holy haberdashery, Batman!” it’s time to pick up the slack, stop procrastinating and get some disguises on. If you haven’t locked down a party, the big sweat drops should be a’rollin’ as there’s serious work to be done!  Fortunately, for those of you who embrace the GTL (“Gym, Tan, Laundry” for the uninitiated) way of life and take the fresh to death mantra to heart, the tanned prince of fist pumps, DJ Pauly D of Jersey Shore fame, is set to swoop down Vanguard, Hollywood this October 31st and get the dance floor up in arms to beat up the beat for Halloween 2010.

Besides his signature blowout and affinity for cleanliness and tanning, the Rhode Island native is also known as one of the local area’s favorite musical figures on the evening circuit.  With a passion for music spurring him to start spinning professionally at the age of 18, Pauly D (a.k.a. Paul DelVecchio) is at his best leading and pleasing crowds with his talents on the turntables, always keeping the dance floor bursting with energy and on the move.  This Halloween, Hollywood’s about to get turned upside down at the Vanguard with Pauly D helming its haunted rooms along with a guest performance from a still-under-wraps surprise.  So cobble yourself together a costume (there’s a $1,000 prize being handed out for the sexiest getup) and get ready to hit the Vanguard to beat up that beat this spooky Sunday!
